General Principle

This website does not collect personal data from visitors. No cookies are set and no cross-site tracking is performed. We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool self-hosted on our own server: it sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and shares no data with third parties — only aggregate, non-identifying usage data (page, referrer, browser, approximate country) is recorded, so no consent banner is required. Fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono) are self-hosted from this server; no third-party CDN is contacted by your browser.

Server Log Files

The hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) automatically collects technical access data in server log files: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and access timestamp. This data is used solely for operational security and is deleted after a maximum of 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR (legitimate interest).

Audit Portal Access

The /audit endpoint is a non-public, contractual access point. Authentication is required. Access events are logged in greater detail than public traffic. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) for security purposes.
