Refund Policy
PREEXEC™ is licensed to businesses, and purchases are made directly from Noetik Governance Ltd. as seller. This explains how refunds work — and how they differ from a consumer right of withdrawal.
Version 1.1 · Effective 2026-06-30 · Noetik Governance Ltd. · UK Co. No. 16952953
Refunds are handled by Noetik
Your purchase is a transaction directly with Noetik Governance Ltd. (UK Co. No. 16952953), the seller and licensor of the Software. Refund requests are made by email to info@noetik.uk. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
No consumer right of withdrawal
PREEXEC™ is licensed exclusively to businesses (see our Terms of Service, section 04). The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK distance-selling law (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015) is a consumer protection and does not apply to business-to-business sales. For the same reason the EU “withdrawal button” requirement (applicable to consumer sales from 19 June 2026) does not apply, and the site does not provide one.
Secondary safeguard
As a secondary safeguard — and without conceding that any consumer is reached — the Software is digital content supplied immediately on purchase. Where a right of cancellation might otherwise apply, it is lost once supply begins after the buyer’s express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgment that the cancellation right is thereby lost (§ 356(5) German Civil Code / Art. 16(m) EU Consumer Rights Directive; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37). Where immediate supply is offered, it is provided only after the buyer’s express consent to it.
How to request a refund
Although no statutory refund right applies to a business purchase, we want you to buy with confidence:
- Goodwill window: we will support a refund where you request it within 14 days of purchase and the licence has not been activated or used.
- How: submit the request by email to info@noetik.uk. We administer the refund directly.
- Subscriptions: cancelling stops future billing; it does not automatically reverse the most recent charge — request a refund as above if applicable.
Any refund granted outside an applicable statutory right is discretionary and voluntary; granting one does not create an obligation to grant future refunds.
A note on terminology
A refund here is a commercial process administered by Noetik Governance Ltd. (including the goodwill window above). A consumer right of withdrawal is a statutory right that, as explained in section 02, does not apply to these business-only licences. This policy does not grant, restrict or waive any statutory right that may exist by law.
Applicable law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales (consistent with our Terms of Service). Refund requests: info@noetik.uk. Licence questions: info@noetik.uk · see also our Legal Notice.
